StockerYale’s Model 4 CFVI (Circular Fluorescent Vision Illuminator) is a low profile, industrial grade fluorescent lighting system powered by a high-frequency (25 kHz) driver. With its large thru bore, the Model 4 CFVI can accept wider (macro) lenses to provide bright, flicker-free illumination for a variety of needs including imaging, process inspection, assembly, microscopy and a multitude of other machine vision applications.

Model 5 (details) |
The Model 5 is ideal for applications that require concentrated illumination within tight space constraints. A high-frequency (25 kHz) driver provides 360° of shadow-free, flicker-free illumination with a bore of only 0.984" (25mm). Specially designed lamps provide maximum output for 7,000 hours. Lamps are available in red, black light (UV) and various white color temperatures. Polarizer filters can also be used to minimize specular reflections. All 220V variations are CE marked.

Model 8 (details) |
This illuminator is designed for applications requiring localized lighting over a large field of view. This illuminator has a 4" (101.6mm) bore and uses a high-frequency (25 kHz) driver to provide shadow-free, flicker-free illumination. The Model 8 provides 7,000 hours of maximum output. Various white color temperature and wavelength specific lamps are available. Accessories include diffuser and polarizer kits. All 220V variations are CE marked.

Special lamps provide output for 7,000 hours, while the circular configurations provide 360° of uniform, shadow-free light. White lamps are available in various color temperatures. Yellow, red, green, blue and black light blue (UV) lamps are optional. A polarizer kit and various adapters are also available.

The Model 10 incorporates the same design elements as the Model 9, with the exception that it operates at 25 kHz to provide flickerfree illumination. It is ideally suited for frame grabbing, imaging, video capture, CCTV, inspection, assembly and machine vision applications. Optional lamps include a wide variety of color temperatures and wavelength specific colors. ESD safe models are also available. All 220V variations are CE marked.

The Model 10XI CFVI is an industrial grade ringlight constructed of a rugged aluminum housing with built-in mounting and powered by a high-frequency (25kHz) driver to provide 360° of flicker-free illumination. This unit is ideally suited for machine vision applications and accepts a wide variety of lamp options. Accessories include chip shields, diffusers and polarizer covers. The HemiLite is ideally suited for applications requiring highly diffuse, uniform illumination for detection of surface defects on rough and/or specular surfaces. Standard designs include a 6” (152.4mm) and a 16” (406 mm) diffusing sphere with a variety of lamp options. A high-frequency 25kHz driver provides up to 7,000 hours of flicker-free illumination. An 85kHz driver with optional intensity control is also available. All 220V variations are pending CE marking.
